The sip is semi sweet. The aromas I found were floral . It had a caramel and vanilla taste with some agave. It is a little sweet for me.

NOM 1457 | We ran all over Austin trying to find the old NOM 1457. Don't swing a kitty like a 3 pound puppy. Kitty gets very pissed. Now, back to the tasting at hand. The is part of a ten-bottle stash we bought at Easter 2015. Rocinante was good at saving her bottle so we have some two years later. It is very sweet, more like a repo than an anejo, but has a nice finish that we miss with the Texas BBQ we miss so much. Plus, OUR bottle is in the shape of the state of Texas, so don't mess with us.
