This extra añejo is a fantastic example of what can be done with a no-bullshit tequila-making philosophy. No additives, no coloring, no production shortcuts here. I appreciate the warm and toasty vanilla and caramel aromas and flavors that come naturally from the barrel. Finish is pleasant and leaves a sweet cooked agave imprint that slowly fades. Very satisfying and highly recommended.
