Nose: Walnut, Nutmeg, Oak, Must, Maple Sawdust, Butterscotch, Dates Mouthfeel: Light to light-medium bodied Palate: Raisin, Smoke, Cinnamon, Nutmeg Finish: Date, Vanilla, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Nutmeg This one is just fantastic all the way through. The sweetness and the agave come through significantly and aren't distorted in any negative way by the aging. Another winner from Caballito!
