aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, cinnamon, and rosemary. On the palate — vanilla, caramel, berries, and that citrus-mint pop that keeps it lively. The finish Silky. Complex. Long-lasting.
Mar 19, 2023 Got a sample from Heidi NOM 1614 Nose: Immediately got pepper and anise, a lot of anise! some citrus and brine. i wanted to sneeze from the pepper! Palate: agave vanilla pepper. Not complex. Easy sipper Finish: nice finish sweet agave and pepper Other: Additve-free free Pretty bottle $55 oldtown Cold filtered!?!? My rating 82/83ish
Subtle nose and palate. Easy to drink but nothing exciting here and left me wanting more.
Soft nose of cooked agave, honey, combed cotton. Tiny hint of rubber ball. Thick in the glass and pleasantly luscious in the mouth. Coats the whole palette. Tastes of raw agave, white pepper, vanilla and a bit of jalapeño. Spicy and fairly long finish with a little burn. A bit of acetate at the end. An easy drinker overall. Worthy effort, and a good trade up for Casamigos and 818 drinkers.
Cooked agave along with a bit of anise and black pepper in the aroma but also a distinct petroleum/rubber note that really throws things off. Spicy pepper in the open, mid and finish of flavor along with distinct mint. Also, just a hint of that petroleum/rubber at the end. Finish is medium with mint lingering. Note: petroleum/rubber aroma note diminishes significantly after 10-15 minutes but to my nose is still there. March tequila tasting - blancos, 03-24-2022
Not at the level of 1 or 2 this has some bitter vegetable taste in the mouth with less natural sweetness than 1 or 2.
Really crisp and clean. Mint and pepper and anise with a fair amount of agave. This is really bright and sweet.
Luna Blanco, 28 days in wood. A fuller bodied blanco, balance of cooked agave, mint, and a slight spice
On the nose I’m picking up some agave, vegetal notes, and anise. There’s a lot of flavors to go around including agave, vanilla, light oak, vegetal, citrus, mint, and cinnamon. There’s a hint of heat but overall the wide range of flavors come across creamy. Very nice!
Nose of faintly sweet vegetal aromas with notes of lime juice. Slightest hint of oak and vanilla. Light consistency, flavor is pleasant but mild, similar to the aroma. The flavor comes through on the finish, with a slightly sweet agave, which then leads into notes of black pepper. Also has a nice lingering warmth on the finish. A delicious, well made, blanco tequila for sipping.
Fresh agave floral on the nose ….. aroma changes as it sits and opens up ….. black pepper on the mouth….
Anise, ripe agave, pepper, slight white oak wood presence on the nose Minerality, agave, loads of citrus, lots of pepper for the medium to long finish
The smell of freshly cut agave from the fields fill my glass followed by white pepper, dry earth, and a touch of caramelized tropical fruit. While light on entry, this tequila is thick, chewy, and bold; proper - in every aspect.
Aroma: cooked agave, olives, cinnamon, rosemary. Palate: vanilla, agave, caramel, citrus and mint. Finish: some berries, pepper, vanilla. Finish medium-short. Tequila is clear silver color. Edit. I left it air for 1/2 hour and the sweet agave and vanilla expanded on flavor while the peppery hide behind.
Briny green olives. Mint. Citrus notes on finish.
Really quality blanco. Agave. White pepper. Citrus. Mineralogy. Mostly agave tho.
Nom1614 LH22096 Nose: floral, clean minerality, citrus, some vegetal notes like celery, pepper. Very soft nothing overpowers or stands out front. Nice clean nose blend On the palette: Velvet texture, brine, citrus, well water minerality, white pepper, the agave kinda sits in background. Short finish with the pepper being the last aspect to stick around. Mild Anise. Very easy sipper. The kind of bottle that will only be used for sipping.
Nose: Orange Blossom, Pear, Mint, Thyme Palate: Thyme, Pear, Apple, Toffee and Peach finish
Got this one through the Agave Swappers Facebook group. The nose starts off a bit funky. As it opens up I get earthiness, minerality and fresh lime. On the palate, it's light with sweet agave, and citrus, followed by a lingering spice finish. Nice sipper but unsure
I cannot remember where I bought this…maybe Sip Tequila? Not available in NE. Sweet on the tongue but peppery with a dry finish. Smooth, but with a bite.
Aroma: agave, cheese, fruity, grape Taste: agave, a little pepper, lactic Finish is nice and complex

Monterey Tequila and Mezcal Festival: The owner told me they rest the Blanco for a very short time in barrels. It's delicious honestly. For me, that rest imparts the subtlest of oak taste and it works for me. I'd buy it, suggest it and look forward to a high proof.
