Good agave flavor

  • 74 Rating

3 nights of tasting: I sniffed, sniffed again, and kept on sniffing… I arrived to the notes of agave ,brief nuttiness or oats, citrus, ethyl, sweet anise, sweet tobacco. As I savored the flavor; Citrus, pepper, plum, some salinity (a bit of chest and throat heat) tobacco, medicinal Finish, has an heavy medicinal exit acommponied by a continuous peppery tingle on the tongue and dryness. Due to paying a below price than current, I did not factor price into rating.

Medicinal aftertaste, astringency and defects

Initial notes of medicinal alcohol are tempered after a few minutes in a glass. Nice bouquet of agave and some light mint. A bit of viscosity, some roast agave and pepper and a nice mid tongue finish. The copper pot still really shows up here as this fades to some nice lingering sweetness with little bitterness over several minutes.

L ADEB 14 OUS-11, tasted on 7-19-25. Aroma: hint of cooked agave, hint of acidity, hint of citrus, light unnatural sweetness that becomes more noticeable as time goes by. Hint of sourness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, unnatural sweetness that ends a tad bitter. Finish is medium, light unnatural sweetness with a hint of bitterness persists.

Floral sweetness on the nose. Light mouthfeel that opens up to a vanilla-forward flavor. No burn at all, but also no agave. Similar finish that feels artificial. A decent Casamigos alternative, but you’re still operating in a less than ideal place.

Nose: vanilla cupcakes all day long, super perfumey, watermelon Palate: vanilla ice cream. Splenda finish.

Thank you

Suspiciously creamy mouth feel. Very sweet smell with a lot of vanilla and fruitiness. I suspect additives. Flavor average at best and burns out fairly quickly. A bit harsh on the finish and minty.

Sweet earthy long lingering finish.

Kinda of sweetness mixed with a bit of tartness. Has a bit of a creamy mouth feel. Has a medium-long finish that builds to mild warming before fading out.

Single Estate authentic Tequila. Nice spice very slightly sweet taste.
