Palate: peach, sage, vanilla, caramel, barrel spice Finish: nice, warm, sweet caramel with a pepper fizz Overall: Very unique. It's intriguing, bringing me in for more. Wondering what type of wine barrel this was rested in that gives a peach profile!?!
