If you're trying to come from a whisky background and move to tequila it's an easy start. I don't find it stands up to most anjeo tequila at this price however.

Smells artificial. Taste like a toffee hard candy.

A wintery anejo, with nutmeg, oakiness, slight sweetness that all blends well together. Zero burn, and very smooth. Lays well on the tongue. Well done.

Very strong alcohol smell. Overpowers subtle notes. Slight vanilla flavor, earthy, very heavy alcohol mouth feel, bitter aftertaste.
