Very caramel on the nose and nutty, and then tastes heavy of Caramel too. Not in a bad way but definitely prominent. Also more char and smokiness than expected leaving a bit of a disjointed impression. This gives a lot of slightly burned French toast vibes. Finish is medium and unobjectionable. Surpri

Bland subtle nose, weird palate and finish. Additives? Funky.

The nose opens with noticeable oak and a tobacco-like sweetness that leans more toward cured leaf and warm barrel character than sugary sweetness. The aroma feels mature and balanced with the oak clearly present without completely overtaking the agave. On the palate the profile is peppery and oaky while still staying firmly rooted as tequila rather than drifting into whiskey territory. Cinnamon and brown sugar begin to appear toward the back end of the sip, adding warmth and depth without becoming overly sweet or heavy. The finish is clean and relatively restrained with lingering pepper carrying the longest through the sip. A subtle minty cooling sensation appears after swallowing, adding an interesting layer that keeps the profile feeling fresh despite the barrel influence. A well-balanced reposado that integrates oak and spice without losing its tequila identity.

It's really weird, I've never had a tequila taste like toasted coconut, in a way it reminds me of the Hawaiian Tropic Sun Tan Oil, I don't really know what to think of it, it's very different, not horrible but different

Cloyingly sweet vanilla notes. It’s hard for me to believe this expression is without additives.

Price point for this taste is on par. Slightly disappointed with the finish but would recommend to friends and family looking to adventure with something new.
