Aplomo REPO Nose: more approachable than the blanco; barrel spice, not a lot of agave, some vanilla caramel, oak, alcohol and pepper. The first time i tried this (neck pour), i got a hint of yeast and sulfa in the back, which was more apparent the longer it sat. But, i'm revisiting and the sulfa is gone. Nose is pretty good. Palate: not as good as the nose. But not offputting. Subtle, barrel spice, vanilla, oak, not much agave, with a mild bitterness Finish: dry, quick, there's a bitterness on the end

Aight, here’s the vibe: this tequila hits smooth but got that lil’ kick to remind you it’s the real deal. First sip? Clean, a bit of citrus on the front, maybe even a lil’ vanilla if you’re paying attention. It don’t burn goin’ down, which is key – just mad smooth with that warm finish. Perfect for shots or a chill sippin’ night, no chaser needed.

Amazing! Aroma of light vanilla and caramel notes with hints of the barrels it was aged in. Taste like the ripe agave was picked at the perfect time. Definitely can taste the sweet flavors of cooked agave and hints of vanilla and light subtle undertone notes from the barrels it was aged in. Definitely a keeper!
