Deep, earthy, and vegetal aromas meld with sage and a good dose of black pepper. Continues into a pleasant, damp minerality, while the vegetal aromas become more identifiable as cucumber primarily. In the palate the flavors are heavily vegetal, with herbal sage coupled with that same earthiness from the aroma, as well as a slight blend of salinity and cooked agave. The flavors continue into the finish, with a sudden hit of strong black pepper that fades into a long lasting mix of vegetal sweetness and herbal sage, quite nice for a higher proof tequila.
