Tasted blind for Agavos A rich nose. Aromas of sweet oak, agave, flat cherry cola, raisin, citrus, berries, cantaloupe, vanilla and hot honey. Taste wise the aged expression stands out. Notes of honey, oak, leather, green tea, agave, cordial cherry, pepper and fresh cut flowers and baking spices. This has viscous mouthfeel, a long finish with notes of pepper, cinnamon candy, oak and dark dried fruits. This Joven drinks like a heavily aged repo or lightly aged anejo. Very nice especially for those who like barrel influence
