Wow that nose! briney, sweet, fruity, citrus, minerality, hints of spicy cinnamon, jalapeño, pickle brine maybe? Lots of greens/herbal notes, this is complex! so many good notes and the proof really shines. On the pallet this also shines! Has a fire cooked / "light smokiness" at first, opens up after a few- sweet & earthy cooked agave, silky mouthfeel, proof is great, can feel the heat, long finish, this is a great blanco, buy if you see it!
