aging rounds some edges. not in the app
Opens up really nice, cooked agave, light butterscotch/vanilla, light cinnamon with hints of pepper on the backend. Easy sipper with a light/medium finish.
Tried at a local tequila event. Good repo, nice nose and mouth with agave and some oak, cinnamon. Will have to revisit this soon.
