“This old school Centinela añejo is how tequila should taste like. The aroma has vanilla, caramel, baked agave, and a hint of spices. The flavor is very agave forward with hints of caramel, vanilla, oak, and a little alcohol. The mouthfeel is medium and the finish is medium to long with the baked agave being the dominant lingering flavor. A great tasting añejo with a minimum of oak influence from the barrel. ”
