“Moderate scotch on the nose. Incredibly smooth, definitely an easy sipper. Big entry with vanilla and fruity undertones followed by a long, satisfying finish with a peatiness imparted by the scotch that does not overpower the cooked agave. The oak is balanced fairly well with the vanilla as well. This reposado has a surprising show of the scotch notes, given the resting time. Will most likely be finishing this bottle— it is definitely an interesting tequila.”
