“I really enjoyed this one. I got a sampler of all 3 at a liquor tasting and this was the surprise. Sweet but not overbearing but in character with a traditional reposado. The flavor was lighter than you’d expect but in a good way. From my research it looks like they are using Tennessee whiskey barrels so I could see that giving a softer sweetness than a bourbon barrel. Similar to a Casamigos but with a better price point”

“Vegetal but sweet and light. Very pleasant to sip neat but I could see this really shining in cocktails. I tried neat and paired with pineapple and it was a great compliment.”
