“In my glass: La Pulga Tequila Añejo color: light yellow gold. nose: honey predominant at first opening. but after it opens up I get citrus with some floral characteristics. palate: very mellow and soft. first sip mostly honey with a little clove. After a few minutes some of the slight smokiness starts to come through. This is a nice tequila that takes its time and doesn’t rush. Like a good conversation the nuances come through over time and subtle flavors emerge.”
