“From recent blind: Raw agave on the nose, very forward in a refreshing way. It has a misty citrus aroma to it, think of lemon/lime soda. Greeted with the citrus right away on the palette. Less mineral than what I was initially expecting. Sweetness sits throughout, and the finish left me with raw pepper and cooked agave. Such a bargain. Love introducing this to friends. A must have on the cart. ”
