Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: 3AR136G19, bottled on 01-08-2019, tasted on 12-29-23. Color: light yellow to yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, melon, sweetened green tea, sweetness similar to agave honey. Earthy. Palate: confirms aromas perceived but quite subtle, thin, almost no agave tasted and on the mouth the sweet green tea dominates. Hint of black pepper. Finish is short sweet green tea, hint of vanilla and at the very end a hint of cooked agave.

Very crisp and clean. Smooth finish with a peppery end. Compares to Cabrito repo
