Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: DHE01, bottled on 23-11-2017, marbete is from 2014, tasted on 11-12-23. Aroma: starts with a sharp jalapeño chili aroma which dissipates after 15 minutes in the glass, sweet cooked agave, aromatic green vegetal notes, anise. Palate: light sweet cooked agave, anise, green vegetal notes, slightly herbaceous, light pepper spiciness. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with aromatic green vegetal notes and light green pepper notes persists. It has white sediments at the bottom of the bottle and some on the cork too.
