Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: LOTEH1214AN01, bottled on 07-01-2015, tasted on 10-21-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, earthy, light vanilla, dirt aroma that dissipates after 15 minutes and a hint of banana & red cooked apples emerges. Light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light black pepper, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with a bit of sweetness with red cooked apple notes persist.
