On the palate, cooked agave anchors the experience, surrounded by layered baking spices, cinnamon, clove, and pepper, woven together with caramel, chocolate, and honey. Oak and barrel spice provide stability, while salinity and a mint-tinged minerality add contrast and freshness. The finish is lingering, gentle sweetness, warming spice, oak, and a restrained heat that fades into earthiness.
