Awesome collab with old Fitz barrels. The nose and palate hit you with agave and bourbon influence, but the bourbon is not overpowering. This is probably my favorite Anejo from Ocho. I’m not sure the markup for old Fitz barrels is worth the price difference from the regular Ocho Anejo, but all around solid bottle if you can find it and you like aged expressions with some bourbon influence.
