Artisanal tequila, very sincere and many layers. Clear agave, smooth but with character and no funny sweetness like other double distilled blancos. This is the real stuff
Marbete is from year 2012. Aroma: floral, acidic fruit, citrusy, after 10 minutes in the glass a tutti-frutti caramel aroma emerges… Palate: good sweet and sour balance, however, strong caramel presence is not natural in a blanco. What a pity because the initial aromas were very promising!
