Tequila Autentico De Los Altos De Jalisco says the unassuming white paper label. An accurate description with notes of agave, cooked bread, green pepper, and some alcohol. A nice balanced blanco that pairs well with blood orange sangrita.

This is a different label than the one that appears in here. It’s an abstraction of an agave plant. The recipe has changed as well, this is distilled once in copper and changes the profile. On the nose is quite lactic, herbal and sweet. On the palate mineral, black pepper, herbal and kind of spicy, I detect that it was fermented on steel. On my retro nasal lactic and herbal. Bang for the buck.
