NOM 1622 | Lote: TB120624, bottled on 17-06-2024, tasted on 7-20-25. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, hint of acidity, hint of fruitiness, a tad of sourness, hint of earthiness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance. Quite sweet, light pepper spiciness. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, hint of mint and earthiness with a hint of fruitiness persists.
NOM 1439 | I get a strange sweetness that lingers through the finish.
