Aroma : Agave, lime, vanilla, and some floral notes. Taste : Cooked agave, vanilla, citrus, and some black pepper. Finish : Medium length with a little more sweetness and black pepper than the original taste. Fairly uncomplex tequila, but compared to other "uncomplex" blancos like G4 and Alquimia, it lacks the rich, full flavor and depth that makes otherwise simple tequilas top tier.

Fairly basic aroma and flavor profile. Some pepper and vanilla aroma. Has a sweetness to the aroma, and it’s got a sweet simple flavor.

NOSE- This blanco is nice and light with aromas of earth and grass, with fresh cooked agave, a hint of lime citrus, anise, silky/smooth, with a soft floral presence, some fruit and light olive brine and mint. TASTE- cooked agave sweetness throughout, some anise, earth and spice, as well as pepper, light and smooth, fruity, mild citrus with creamy vanilla notes. A very well-balanced light smooth blanco with hardly any burn. Perfect for beginners or everyday sippers.

Tasted blind against the 3 Amigos blanco also from NOM 1499.

Very easy drinking. Soft bright aroma and flavors of sweet grass, citrus and light agave. Short alcohol finish with pepper essence. An excellent beginner Tequila for those learning to differentiate brands.
