Different flavor profile than most blanco. Not particularly my style, though well made
Herbal, agave and citrus.
Basic aromas and taste, but needs some getting used to, with the pine presence. Gets better, the more you drink it. My rating on the Repo is a 77
Nose: takes time to open up. Initially alcohol like a high proof. There’s green grass agave behind it Body: med-light, lean, dry Palate: a little fire on the tongue, virtually no sweetness, good agave flavor Ice water is so good with this. Sounds silly but they compliment each other
- Deep roasted agave; vegetable; strong green smell - mild agave flavor; light lime; strong black pepper - light initially but strong follow-through

Very little on the nose. Sweet, flat and a short finish. Good gateway tequila for those new to sipping. Probably not a great choice for aficionados.

Paladar Blanco NOM: 1109 Nose: * Clean * Rain water * Light vegetal/Agave Taste * Sweet cream * Bell pepper juice * Frosting Finish * White pepper * Cotton Candy Verdict: * You will love it or hate it. You will hate it because it’s almost too delicate, not super pronounced any where, and because it changes drastically after decanted. You may love it (like me), because of that addictive frosting and rain water taste you had at first. You keep chasing that here. It’s also subtlety complex, but you have to want it. The bottle is also beautiful. It’s in my top 5 blancos since my first tasting.
I describe it as rainwater. So clean, fresh and beautiful.
No codes seen anywhere on the bottle, acquired on March 2023. Aroma: salted raw agave, very green sensation, feels oily, raw vegetables, slightly minty, Palate: intense raw agave, minty, thick mouthfeel, almost no sweetness, slightly astringent. Finish is medium to long, raw agave notes persist.
super muted nose, more alcohol on the palate than agave.
