Aroma: Rich and inviting with pronounced mineral notes and the unmistakable scent of cooked agave. Subtle hints of fresh-cut grass and a touch of herbal essence create a balanced bouquet. Palate: The first sip reveals an earthy undertone reminiscent of the Valles region's petrichor, seamlessly blending with the robust flavor of black pepper. The grassy and herbal notes persist, providing a fresh and clean profile. Finish: Smooth and satisfying, leaving a lingering taste of mineral and earthy elements that invite another sip. A versatile blanco, perfect for elevating cocktails while maintaining the low-médium complexity needed for a neat pour.
