Aromatic citrus up front, earthy undertones of herbal cooked agave, sage, and a slight bit of lime, grass, and brine. On the palate, lots of bright citrus, as well as a good amount of minerality coupled with black pepper and some vegetal sweetness, vibrant and flavorful. The finish is somewhat thin, but still leaves a clean blend of citrus, earthy black pepper, sage, and a light bitterness at the tail end.
