Subtle nose with a little sweetness on the nose. It’s bright, citrus? Interesting palate, a little thin but not bad. Very easy to sip. Not a lot going on with the finish Sample Provided by Agave Swappers for Review
Different flavor profile from a fairly mysterious distillery 1624. Aroma is the best part with some agave, sweet fruit, maybe overripe fruit as well. But there is some funk that I can’t describe. Hmmm. Good though. Taste is ok-good. Some sweet agave but also some bitterness fighting with a sweetness. Finish is ok. I want to visit 1624 and ask lots of questions. Revised one week later: up points in flavor and finish. Also noting greater viscosity. Better this second taste!
Nose agave, minerals, funk, floral, citrus. Not super complex with light aromas Taste agave, minerals, floral, white pepper, citrus, some sweetness
Tried this at Blue spirits in the LA area. Herbal, earthy, minerality, light citrus and pepper. Will have to revisit it
AgaveSwappers 5/12/26 Nose: really pleasant agave, minerality, and citrus. Not much ethanol. Slightly sweet. It’s got that nice Tahona stone smell to it. Iykyk. Palette: leads more toward some pepper and mineral. Wanted a little more natural sweetness from it to balance it out. I think the nose is generally a little better than the taste. A little thin on viscosity. Some baking spices. Cooked agave. Finish: vanishes a bit too quick. Wanted it to linger a bit longer. Not unpleasant though. Mostly pepper finish with some faint notes from the palette. Overall, not bad at $50. Wanted a bit more, but certainly a nice sip at the price point.
completely inoffensive, as there's very little heat to speak. pleasant enough in its simplicity, I get pretty much only agave and black pepper. thin and watery. lacks any real character and complexity. there's nothing to hate but also nothing to love. thanks to agave Swappers for the sample!
nice easy to sip blanco, good sweetness but very short finish.
With my eyes I notice the tequila coats the glass very nice with slow running tears. on the nose sweet cooked agave followed by cinnamon and a little anice with a nice funk. on the palate Sweet cooked Agave up front. black pepper, Anise but the finish isn't as long as I'd like but I'd definitely sip again
Nose: Cooked agave with baking spices Palate: Sweet agave with almost a candy-like flavor, with a hint of vegetal and pepper Finish: The sweetness mutes but the cooked agave persists, and more pepper cones through, with wet hay
Sample via Agave Swappers Nose: sweet cooked agave, fruit, baking spice Taste: sweet cooked agave, fruity, floral, black pepper Finish: the finish is short and clean with some fruity and peppery notes
Samples provided by Agave Swappers, thanks Matt! This is a nice blanco. Light and sweet on the front with a quick finish. I could see myself sipping this one.
Got a chance to try this through the Agave Swappers (S/O to Matt). First time trying this tequila from the brand, and overall—it’s solid. Nothing crazy complex, but definitely enjoyable and easy to sip. Clean profile, decent balance, and it holds up for casual drinking.
Different scent but I love the flavor and finish. Great agave flavor and just solid all around. Yum!
Tequila bien equilibrado, con aromas definidos de agave. En boca es suave y redondo, con dulzor natural y un final prolongado que invita a seguir degustando. Agradable tanto para tomarse solo como en coctelería de calidad.

Had a quick sample Overly sweet for my palate, not too complex.
