It still retains the character of a Reposado, in all the best ways. Flavors are well balanced, you get the barrel notes but that agave still comes through. It's very well done. I guess in my head, I figured "its basically an añejo" being aged at 364 days, but i was wrong, in the best possible way! Very interested to try this in a high end ranch water, I think it would hold up very well.
