Nothing wrong with this barrel rested blanco. Long slow tears in the glass & oily mouth feel. Lots of cooked agave, some vegetal, pepper, slight cinnamon, vanilla & citrus aromas and flavors. Tasted in Maestros Del Agave class.

A complex nose with cooked agave, both citrus and vegetal slight cinnamon and minerality. It is very similar on the palate with a very slight ethanol taste.
