Sweet with a light burn. Good for sipping.
This is one of the first tequilas that made me perk up and pay attention to having Tequila neat. Now as I’ve expanded palette I’d put this on the sweeter and of the spectrum and now I prefer something more agave forward and mineralistic. But it does have a special place in my heart for sending me down this Tequila rabbit hole.
