I had the honor of tasting a sample of Escalon, and as a true tequila lover, I was thoroughly impressed. This is far more than a beautiful bottle! The tequila itself is exceptional. It opens with rich, sweet cooked agave and bright citrus notes. What stood out most to me was how incredibly smooth and refined it is. The texture is exceptionally smooth, almost like it glides across the palate. Every sip is balanced, elegant, and effortless, with a clean, beautiful finish and virtually no harshness. I’m truly a fan, and I’m genuinely excited about this brand. I can confidently say I’ve found my new favorite tequila! I can’t wait to see how this awesome brand takes off and where the journey takes Escalon. Cheers to an incredible new tequila!
Smoothest tequila I've had the pleasure of tasting
That smooth, a touch black pepper taste hits the spot every time for me. What a well done tequila.
I was sent a sample of this tequila by the brand. I was totally blown away by the profile. This checks every box off. I can't wait until I can get a bottle. An incredible Blanco. Nose: cooked agave, butter, minerality, grapefruit Taste: cooked agave, butter, citrus Tahona crushed, fermented in Wooden Vats with wild Yeast. Delicious!
Every layer stands out: sweet cooked agave, citrus, butter, and a warm black pepper finish at the end. Easy to sip and hard to put down.
I’ve tried many tequilas, and Escalón truly stands out. It’s smooth, velvety, and beautifully balanced, with sweet cooked agave, bright citrus, and a gentle black pepper finish. A wonderful tequila to sip and savor.
This was excellent! This is not just a beautiful bottle, the tequila is amazing! Escalon opens with rich, sweet cooked agave, citrus, and pepper on the nose, then on the palate carries sweet cooked agave, citrus, butter, and minerality through to a warm black pepper finish that lingers. It’s a complex, warm sip. Very delicious and I am excited for this new brand.
I Love this Brand!!! One of the newest and smoothest Tequila’s I’ve tasted ! I was so surprised when I took a shot because usually there is some kind of burn but NOT WITH THIS BRAND! It has hints of agave, citrus, pepper…it’s a MUST-Have on your bar at home!!!
