Escalon opens with rich, sweet cooked agave, citrus, and pepper on the nose, then on the palate carries sweet cooked agave, citrus, butter, and minerality through to a warm black pepper finish that lingers. It’s a complex, warm sip. Very delicious and I am excited for this new brand. ”
