The aroma opens with a clear salinity, setting a coastal tone that’s quickly joined by fresh grassiness and cooked agave, with a restrained touch of ethyl adding lift rather than uncomfort. On the palate, the cooked agave arrives with confidence, coating the tongue before giving way to a well-integrated brine. Bannana, peppermint and subtle wintergreen add a cooling savory tone, while lime citrus and a tangy, sweet note reminiscent of purple grape provide brightness and dimension. The ethyl bite adds a gentle dryness that sharpens the overall structure. The finish carries clinging agave and lemon citrus, gradually tapering into soft grassiness. For me, the profile is cohesive and balanced, with each element interwoven in a way that tastes harmonious.
