For a blue Weber agave and espadín mix I expected more complexity. It was ok, but not great.
It doesn’t quite have the depth of mezcal or the prominent blue agave notes of a tequila. It’s very approachable and a unique concept. More vegetal flavor profile.
While the idea of tequila and mezcal blended did not sound good and I had low expectations of this spirit I have to say I was surprised that it didn’t Suck as much as Guy Fieri. Drinkable. Aroma is ok taste is not bad and finish is ok. Not much mezcal going on. It’s a moderately good Blanco tequila. A little sweet. Interestingly there is no NOM listed on the bottle. Hmmm.
