nose and taste are good, finish is astringent, about the same as the blanco with some Carmel vanilla added to the taste.
This one seems a little unique. I get agave, grapefruit, pear, and slight mint. Flavor is mineral, citrus mint, white pepper with some salinity. Finish is citrus, mild astringent, dry (like a wine but not as pronounced), and then white pepper. it has a fairly long tingle. overall, this one has an "out of the garden" quality that overrides the finish, which I am not a huge fan of, but it is not bad.
Nose of warm cooked agave. Smooth herbal flavors of fresh green vegetables, mint and orange zest with undertones of delicious cooked agave. The finish is smooth mint followed by warm lingering black pepper and cinnamon.
Tequila 61 Anchorage, AK Process and plastic on the nose. Not much agave, citrus, or enjoyable pepper on the nose. For a blanco it lacks the terroir characteristics I’ve come to expect from a quality blanco.
