Tasted at LATF.
Pleasant, drinks very easy. Finish is anise heavy. The core lineup is solid, but the branding is so awful. The bottle design and logo make it seem cheap and additive-laden, so I was hesitant to try them, but I’m glad I did.
Aroma: (21) oak, nuts, vanilla Taste: (25) oak, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, cocoa Finish: (20) medium finish of vanilla, oak, cinnamon Overall: (84) value (8) $56 good budget Anejo, not getting much agave more barrel notes. Makes a good old fashion and Carajillo.
