Amazing profile! Tasting notes coming soon
Nose: Roasted agave carries through with vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. A light floral lift and hint of citrus keep it bright. Palate & Mouthfeel: Rounded and smooth, with agave sweetness at the core. Oak, vanilla, and caramel unfold alongside subtle fruit and floral notes, with a touch of pepper adding structure. Finish: Moderately long, leaving oak, vanilla, and sweet agave with a gentle spice. Clean and balanced. Final Thoughts: Rimari Reposado strikes a nice middle ground - agave stays present, the oak influence adds depth, and the fermentation lends nuance. Approachable, layered, and easy to enjoy neat.
Nice sipper, what you'd expect out of 1414, the sake give it nice note, faint but there. All in all its sweet agave, nice pepper notes, good value in $40-50 range.
