Nose is apple & cinnamon hint , some mint, light agave, decent, Pallet is sour, not much agave, funky, not my cup of tea,
Light nose. Floral, bandaid. Palate is okay. Agave comes through but the taste is not complex from mush is good.
Peppery vanilla. Bandaid, green grass On the palate it is earthy. I get agave. Medicinal. Not my flavor profile but drinkable
Nose is rubber, earthy agave, sweet, some pepper, simple but tasty, needs to open for sure, some ethanol on initial nose but it evaporates Pallet is same notes, not bad but price hurts unless it's sub 40s
On the nose I got Agave, lime, slight herbal funk, minerals, pepper and a hint of pineapple Taste wise Its very similar to the nose. The herbal funk is not there. And the addition of some soft floral notes. Mouthfeel was a little light but not watery Finish was short but pleasant. Reminds me of all the 1639 profiles.
Nose: a little hot on the nose, some barrel influence, Palette: thin, lacks body, no predominant flavor, barrel influence, Finish: mostly barrel, not much agave, some citrus Overall: lacks balance and agave as the star of the show. Maybe $40 or so, but not great otherwise.
Nose: some fermentation notes, vegetal, citrus Palette: agave vanishes a bit, some sweetness, there’s a sweetness there that’s almost herbaceous, rosemary, sage, it clashes a bit with agave. I typically like wild fermentation, but it lack minerality and pronounced agave punch. Finish: not a pleasant overall finish, some sweetness that doesn’t seem to come fully from ripe agave. Overall: I could see it at $35-40, but otherwise it’s probably a pass for me.
