The aroma has a mix of lychee and floral rose. Oak and cocoa add depth, supported by soft vanilla, black pepper, and a touch of baking spice. Light brine, fresh lime and orange citrus lift the profile, with a restrained ethyl presence. On the palate, cooked agave takes the lead, followed by layers of cocoa, almond and dried fruit. Citrus and floral notes weave through the mid-palate, while pepper builds steadily, carrying a alcoholic warmth that settles into the chest without becoming harsh. A toasted note rounds it all out. The finish is lingering cooked agave and light oak framed by a return of lychee and floral that closes the tasting.
