ADJ barricas anejo 44abv Aged in RUBY WINE casks from DOURO VALLEY, PORTUGAL wine fruit agave. was a bit dry the first time I tried it. I'm glad I revisited this one. i like it much more this time. the finish is very nice, sweet and heat

Dark copper in color this is very aromatic when poured into the mini Glencairn glass. Quite spicy in the mouth the 44% over proof juice is just a flavor bomb with the influence of the Douro Valley Portuguese ruby wine barrels. 3 ounces of this won’t last lol. Tasting this thanks to the group buy organized by tequila.diva

Received as a sample from Agave Swappers so I am setting value at 5/10

Really like this one. None of the bitterness you get from a lot of red wine barrel aged expressions.

Sweet. Rich. Maybe the best of the bunch.
