Blind tasting with AMM: This was a bright and lively blanco that immediately stood out for its freshness and energy. On the nose, cooked agave comes through clearly, backed by a vibrant citrus note that really pops. There’s a vegetal backbone that keeps it grounded, while black pepper adds a bit of lift. Overall, the aroma is very bright and inviting. On the palate, the cooked agave leads again, followed by a distinct orange brine note that gives it a slightly salty, citrusy twist. Black pepper adds a gentle spice, while vegetal notes round things out and keep it balanced. The finish is especially interesting. It feels like it evolves over time, shifting between citrus, brine, and pepper as it lingers, which keeps each sip engaging. Overall, this is a clean, expressive blanco with a bright profile and a savory edge that makes it both refreshing and dynamic to sip.

Tasted blind. Excellent citrus and minerals in the aroma. Very good minty, agave vegetal flavor with some anise coming through in the finish. Enjoyable all around.

Blind tasting via AMM: Mint, grass, pepper, and agave carries through the aroma and flavors. Nice little tingle but an easy drinker. Extra points for value.

On first contact I’m not in love with this samples profile. On the nose is an acetone note, it’s bitter, astringent and takes away from the florals and cooked agave. On the palate is a spicy bomb, it’s allspice, black pepper, brine, herbaceous, vanilla cream, and slight acetone. Drying on the finish. Not my favorite.

I am getting a caramel/vanilla vibe going on in both the aroma and flavor, and although this is pleasant, I'm wishing that were more subtle so other elements could shine through. It has a thick and dry finish that brings out citrus on the palate at the end. I would pour this for someone just getting into tequila because I think it makes a great starting point.

Fresh, crisp, nicely balanced mineral and baked agave. True to volcanic origin for sure. Fresh and delicious with a nod to traditional flavor profile.
