Siete Leguas Blanco
“I finally sourced a bottle of this after wishing for it for quite a while. To be honest, I'm disappointed. The aroma is lacking and the mouthfeel is sort of watery and thin. It also seemed a little salty. The overall flavor profile is good however, just not robust with any characteristics to make it stand out and justify the price point. Its a good blanco, just lacking to what other selections in this price range offer. The long finish is the best part for me. No bottle/batch info on the bottle.”

Suerte Blanco
“Herbal, fruit and agave nose. Sweet and slight salty entry with light and creamy mouthfeel. Very fruity and crisp with a breath of eucalyptus and mint. Not much minerality but a well rounded and superbly balanced flavor profile. Finish isn't long but is certainly memorable and silky smooth. Amazingly refreshing! Could easily be an everyday "anywhere, anytime" sipper. Very approachable for any level of tequila drinker. Excellent price as well. ”

Dulce Vida Blanco (80-proof)
“The Dulce Vida Blanco flavor profile reminds me quite a bit of the Olmeca Altos Blanco. It just has more of it and the finish is a little warmer but not overpowering. There is just a very similar "notch" in the flavor profile of both of these tequilas that is subdued or withdrawn and finishes with that "olive brine" flavor and isn't overly complex or balanced. Good mixer but kind of boring for a sipper to me.”

ArteNOM Selección de 1580 Blanco
“Nose was good but nothing really stuck out more than a little agave and earthy/smokiness. The flavor is delightfully eye widening and a nicely balanced blend of sweet agave, citrus/lemon-pepper, mint/eucalyptus, mineral-earthiness and a little charcoal grill type smokiness.I get a picture in my mind of the agave halves, or quarters, roasting on an open grill grate. A light and refreshing creaminess and slight oily mouth feel. The finish is rich and bold and the flavors hang on to the lips and tongue nicely. There is a little surprising heat on the back but isn't overwhelming and just adds another dimension to this delightful offering. Will definitely buy again! ”

Fortaleza Blanco
“The best I've had so far. Really outstanding with full balanced flavor and lasting silky smooth finish. There is no hype, there is only superb tequila. ”

Corralejo Reposado
“Ok/good nose but not full and floral. In the mouth there is good flavors up front but roll off quickly to slightly dry finish that is reminiscent of a whiskey but leaves a little sweetness and cooked agave behind on the lips. Just a bit too warm but not harsh as well. Price is good. With a little refinement, this could be an excellent, go-to sipping Repo but for the price, it still makes a great bar stocker and great cocktail mixer.”

Tres Agaves Blanco
“A bit too earthy/grassy and heavy on the cooked agave flavor which made it over power some cocktails IMO. No bitterness or hot astringency and did have a nice mild sweetness. I added a 1/4-1/2 oz to white rum and white over-proof rum to make faux caipirinhas. It provided a little mustiness and grassiness that the white rum lacks for the drink.”

Corralejo Blanco
“This is around $23/bottle on average around my area, however I have to either special order it, which adds a few dollars to the price or drive to the next closest state where the alcoholic beverage tax is high. The Corralejo reposado is easy to find everywhere around here which is also excellent but a bit of a head scratcher. Why is this fine blanco so hard to find?!?!? Anyway, this is a good mixer but a little hot and lacking in rich flavor to be a sipper. ”

Olmeca Altos Plata
“Clean and crisp nose with pepper, agave and slight grassiness. In the mouth it's slightly oily with medium-light cooked agave (just as I like it), black & white pepper and olive brine and hint of earthiness. Relatively clean with excellent mouthfeel. I prefer a more floral nose and at least a minuscule hint of sweetness. The cooked agave and grassy notes were spot on with my desired level, however the olive brine was a little hefty. Finish was quick but didn't fade overly quick and any alcohol "burn" was mild and refreshing. ”
