“You open the bottle and the sweet floral smell of agave hits you, when you pour let it breath a little and it opens up to vanilla and butterscotch with a hint of agave. On the tip of the tongue it’s a little spicy like it was aged in oak barrels but very smooth going down with a lot of agave flavor, if you like bourbon this is a good sip for you! ”
