“Excellent XA with cooked agave shining through. Very well balanced and enjoyable from start to finish. ”

“I couldn't bear to drink this neat. I got all sorts of conflicting notes and aromas. Leads me to believe it is overly modified with additives. I tried drinking it in a cocktail and couldn't make it passed a few sips. ”

“Big hit of vanilla and overpower of flavor dies off fast and lasting ethanol sensation. The color itself is also very artificial in appearance. Likely one of the worst tequilas I've ever had. ”

“An extremely good value that I personally feel outperforms a number of highly regarded expressions from NOM1146. ”

“First off, it's a beautiful looking blanco as it sports a warm rose hue. The bouquet is quite unique, picking up hints of the barrels and mineral qualities of the wine. The mineral and terrain transfer over onto the pallete a bit strong at first, then mellow out to the taste of cooked agave, pepper, some light and crisp herbaceous notes of mint, and then a smooth clean finish paired with familiar viscosity for NOM 1123. I'm a fan and glad to have it in my collection. ”

“A beautiful expression of a heavy oak extra anejo coming out of Nom1146. It has just the right amount of heat that typically I find too mellow (for my taste) in other XA expressions. I get all the classic XA notes hit with a smooth bite of cinnamon that lingers. Oak, vanilla, black pepper, honey, cooked agave, and a hit that resembles almost like chewing on a stick of Big Red gum. Great mouth feel and viscosity with a lasting finish. This XA is a whiskey drinkers tequila. The cherry on top (yes, you'll get a slight hint of cherry, too) is that it is Certified additive free. It is a great treat when celebrating a special occasion, enjoying time with friends, or celebrating how much you hate your friends. It's an all-around great reason to have a drink”
