If they tried fermenting with fibers it could bring out new complexity. I have bought more than a dozen bottles from Total Wine , anything $60-70 is a great value. It takes 2 times more agave to use Tahona extraction. ”

This is a two ingredient tequila , Agave and Mountain Spring Water. Completely unique malolactic yeast character from distilling at high altitude. This is permanently on my shelf with Cascahuin Tahona Blanco, Primo 1861, and Fortaleza. I believe any top rated tequila should only use Tahona extraction and not break the fibers, then distill with fibers for additional agave flavor. ”
