“Supremo and it shows. Nose: Loads of fresh agave, with a little blend of white pepper, fresh fruit, and anise(?) Taste: A big punch of cooked agave, with a pleasant mouthfeel (coats your mouth). Followed up by notes of pepper, alcohol, citrus, and a little bit of salt/mineral Finish: Definitely a crisp finish, with some alcohol heat, meshing with Cooked agave and bits of lemon(?)/citrus.”

“Nose: very light, and what I did get was predominantly earthy notes with bits of raw agave. Taste: Vastly different than the nose, fresh agave and citrus shine immediately before fading into a light blend of citrus, mint, and mixed herbs. Finish: Mostly heat from alcohol, with a subtle sweetness”

Subtle hints of pepper, cinnamon sticks, and earthy notes round it out Tasted: Roasted agave is dominant, with refreshing notes of pineapple, melon, mixed herbs (mint?), and subtle notes of white pepper provide a little heat. Finish: A cooling warmth lingers refreshingly on the tongue, with hints of fresh citrus and cooked agave sweetness.”

Calirosa Rosa Blanco Tequila
“Definitely a unique offering. Nose: Cooked Agave powers through with subtle notes of strawberry/red fruit. Taste: Roasted Agave, combined with the red wine notes gives off a sweet berry flavor. Subtle notes of oak, pepper, and orange peel. Finish: More roasted agave and red fruit, but very subtle - more of a cool mouth feel lingers.”

Taste: signature repo - cooked agave, black pepper, and oak. Definitely notes of honey…maybe caramel too. Finish: Oak and alcohol leading to some cooked agave, vanilla and little peppery heat.”

“Nose: very subtle, found it very soft and hard to pull notes from. What I found was hints of citrus and fresh agave. Teremana Tequila Blanco
“Nose: very alcohol/ethanol forward, lots of pepper that drowns out some cooked agave and vanilla. Taste: like the nose. Hot alcohol, that eventually breaks for an okay amount black pepper, agave and sweet citrus. Finish: Black pepper and alcohol. Just a sloppy made tequila - definitely has all the telltale signs of additives”

Elevación1250 Tequila Blanco
“Nose: little alcohol forward that pleasantly gives way to cooked agave, lemongrass, pear, and some under ripened citrus. Taste: Cooked agave is prominent, notes of black pepper (and a little salt). Big surprise is refreshing notes of ripened Pear. Drinking this reminds me of the mouthfeel of eating a fresh pear. Finish: mixed notes of citrus/pear, gives way to a slight warmth on the tongue.”
More info →“Probably my favourite tequila. Nose: Cooked Agave, Earthy Mineral Notes, mint, a dash of smoke, and even some raw agave mixed in with a little bit of alcohol. Taste: Sweet cooked Agave leads initially, before giving way to a refreshing blend of ripe citrus, and guava(?). Finish: it lingers pleasantly- giving it a sort of ‘live’ taste. A very environmentally fresh vegetation taste - like your standing in the middle of an agave field eating a fresh piece of citrus fruit.”
